Our club events run throughout the season, most are open events so any UK registered racing cyclists can take part. Details of events are below. Click to register or for further details on any event. NORTH LANCS RC ‘HILLY’
North Lancs RC ‘Hilly’ 30 mile TT
Sadly, our historic Circuit of Pendle course can no longer be ridden due to new traffic lights on a main roundabout mid-course. The new ‘Hilly’ course is a NLTTA Spoco on the L309 which takes an out and back hilly stretch along the A59.
As from April 2023, the club have agreed to take on the prestigious ‘Circuit of theDales’ and this will replace the current 30mile Hilly Spoco which we have run since the demise of the Circuit of Pendle

EASTER 10
Easter 10 – Saturday 16th April. L101 course
The best way for a rider to start off their Easter Saturday. Out and back course along the A6.

PENDLE HILL CLIMB
Pendle Hill Climb Sunday 24 October, 9am sign on, off from 10am: L806 course £11 entry
Our infamous climb up the Witches Hill from Sabden to the Nick’O’Pendle, approximately 50 yards before the crest of the hill. The course is approximately 1350 yards long and has a maximum gradient of 1 in 6.
This event has now taken over from our Close Brow Hill Climb as our Club Champs event. The best placed NLRC club riders, male and female, will become our 2021 Club Hill Climb Champions.

Marshalling
All Club events, including our tens series, are dependent on the voluntary assistance of our members and they could not continue without such help. We ask each member to assist at a minimum of one ’10’ or an open event. If you wish to offer your services please ring Pete Briscow on 0778798754 in good time so that he can complete his rota. He needs to know who is available in advance in order to ensure that each role is filled.
